Aqua Retreat Residence

Completed in 2024, Aqua Retreat Residence resolves villa basement pain points: dim lighting, rigid zoning, generational separation. An 8m aquarium with prismatic light-guiding anchors a layered wellness system linking sauna, lounge, gym, and kids’ zones—offering both private retreats and shared biophilic connection. FSC teak, low-VOC finishes, and closed-loop circulation cut operational energy by 32%. Acoustic fabric and custom teak cabinetry enrich the home theatre and bowling area. The design balances multi-generational rhythms, sustainability, and aesthetics, establishing a replicable luxury basement benchmark.
