The CareCircleHub system was inspired by the caregiving conflict between my grandfather's cerebral infarction and the nursing staff. The project focuses on the pain points of the nursing industry: nursing workers lack professional training, their rights are not protected, family caregivers are difficult to match, and services lack supervision. By building an online training certification system, smart mattresses and other hardware tools, combined with the three-party supervision and precise matching functions of the APP, a closed loop of "software + hardware + collaboration" is formed. The core output includes exclusive APPs for nursing staff and intelligent monitoring equipment, which not only improves the working experience of nursing staff and protects the rights and interests of nursing staff, but also solves the trust and anxiety of family members and provides an innovative model for the standardization of the nursing industry.
