The Graduated-Width Twin-Wheel Back Roller redefines the conventional ring-shaped back roller through two core design innovations. Its split twin-wheel design creates a true open channel beneath the spine, avoiding direct contact between the vertebrae and the rigid ABS core. A fixed graduated-width profile transitions from 5.5 to 7.5 inches around the circumference, allowing users to rotate the product and select a narrower, more focused contact zone or a wider, more stable support zone.
The 12-inch ring design supports stretching, mobility work, muscle release, and recovery. Raised soft-touch massage nodes target the muscles beside the spine, while rounded triangular ventilation openings improve airflow, grip, and visual recognition. The modified ABS body supports loads up to 500 lb, combining comfort, stability, durability, and a distinctive product identity within one integrated design system.
