Project Positioning: A Model of Exquisite Waterfront Living in the Context of Urban Renewal
Core Philosophy: Spatial Narrative, Material Ethics, Resilient Ecology
Changchun Greentown MOONLIGHT BREEZES BLOWING Clubhouse is located in the core area within the Second Ring Road of Erdao District. As the value anchor of Greentown’s exquisite waterfront residences, this project aims to restructure the symbiotic order of "human-architecture-nature". Going beyond mere visual aesthetics, the design seeks to forge the project into a spiritual vessel for future communities with a temporal dimension through the integration of spatial syntax and ecological strategies.
The forecourt design interprets the elegant aesthetics of oriental boutique hotels, creating a permeable hotel-style drop-off zone. Boasting a homecoming interface over 50 meters wide, the magnificent entrance hall—with a height of over 8 meters and a depth of more than 10 meters—is constructed via modular splicing of luxury stones including Prada Green, Hermès Grey, and bronze-colored metal panels. Serving not only as a physical covered corridor sheltered from wind and rain, it also establishes a psychological transition from the hustle and bustle of the city to a tranquil residence through the massiness and sophistication of materials, highlighting the noble ritual of returning home.
The second-entry courtyard features a year-round homecoming lobby of approximately 500 square meters, designed to hotel-style reception standards. Defined as a flexible space adaptable to the "full life cycle", it functions as a marketing center for display in the early stage, and can be seamlessly transformed into a healing ecological lounge through minimally invasive soft furnishing replacements in the later period. This spatial strategy maximizes the building’s utilization efficiency, providing residents with diverse scenarios for rest, socializing, parent-child activities and reading, thus realizing the sustainable growth of architectural value.
