Photography is now woven into daily life—we record our days, trips, and feelings with it. But as tools have become easier and more powerful, photos have grown uniform: same spots, same color grades, same feeds. We gained convenience and technique, yet lost the human, familial core. We have more images than ever, but they carry less meaning. Influenced by my family, I have cherished photography since childhood. Yet I found myself adrift when confronted with others' work on social media. “Uniformity/Precision/Templates” seemed to dominate, while whimsy gradually faded. Thus, through this project, I explore this phenomenon and attempt to break this aesthetic impasse via installation.
