The design philosophy behind PCM PRO shifts focus from merely increasing the intensity of the cooling sensation to innovating the underlying logic of pet cooling products. By integrating Phase Change Material (PCM) for thermoregulation, the design transforms the cooling process from a reliance on momentary heat exchange to a sustainable cycle of heat absorption and release. By combining rapid-heat-dissipating fibers with visual temperature indicators, the product turns the invisible process of temperature control into a verifiable state, directly addressing the need for continuous cooling during summer heat, high-temperature environments, and post-exercise recovery. The aesthetic design is strictly functional, serving the material properties and heat exchange structure. The mat utilizes cool color tones to enhance the psychological perception of low temperatures, while thermochromic (color-changing) zones are strategically limited to areas where heat concentrates—serving as functional indicators rather than decoration. The surface texture follows a principle of flatness and minimal interference to ensure maximum heat dissipation efficiency. Through color shifts and material contrasts, the overall form clearly communicates the product’s active temperature-control status. The product operates through the synergy of three core mechanisms: the PCM phase-change coating absorbs heat as temperatures rise and slowly releases it when the environment cools to balance perceived temperature; Arc-Chill cooling fibers, featuring mineral particles embedded within the spinning structure, accelerate heat conduction away from the pet’s body to avoid the performance decay often seen in traditional coated materials; and thermochromic materials synchronously respond to temperature changes to provide real-time user feedback. Additionally, a waterproof and scratch-resistant surface structure ensures that these functions remain stable even under high-frequency use and in complex scenarios.
