In this four-story residence, rather than following the conventional layout where the ground floor serves as the shared living space, the interior design prioritizes the needs of the elderly by locating their bedroom on the ground floor to limit the need for stairs. The second floor unfolds as the home’s shared living and dining space, conceived as a setting for daily connection and gathering, while the third and fourth floors are devoted to private spaces, offering a sense of calm. Every floor carries a distinct purpose, while seamlessly contributing to the harmony of the overall space. Embodying “Quiet Luxury Meets Nature,” the home layers beige and gray tones with marble, hand-applied finishes, and soft curves. Within the restrained palette, layers of nuanced texture give rise to a serene atmosphere of understated refinement. On the ground floor, the bedroom for seniors is designed specifically to ensure comfort, safety and easy movement. Two single beds are more versatile, accommodating individual preferences and providing flexibility. A compact sitting area and an en-suite bathroom together create a calm, peaceful atmosphere. On the second floor, the TV wall is finished with hand-applied plaster, which offers an unpretentious and natural aesthetic appeal. Behind the sofa, a marble wall anchors the space, bringing depth and quiet sophistication and allowing refinement and warmth to coexist. A glass sliding door delineates the living and dining areas. Wood envelops the porch and doors, softening light while clearly articulating spatial boundaries. The third-floor master bedroom features clean lines. The polished stone practically shines with the light it reflects, lending the space a quiet sense of elegance and understated glamour. A low glass block wall creates a private, light-filled reading nook by dividing space without blocking light, offering a cozy retreat. On the fourth floor, the secondary bedroom features a plaster-finished headboard wall with softly curved edges, creating an enveloping, restful atmosphere. A reading area is located behind the bed to fulfill various needs.
