Design Concept & Innovation
This project transcends the conventional “stereotyped” approach to elevated ground floors. The designer deconstructs Eastern aesthetics through a contemporary syntax, creating a tangible sanctuary that embodies an undefined Eastern spirit. An innovative “drawer-style spatial expansion” concept links indoor and outdoor areas, forming an “All-Age Pan-Clubhouse” that meets holistic community needs.

Materiality & Artistic Core
The design pursues ultimate texture and durability. Custom grilles with widened aluminum profiles ensure structural rigidity, while terrazzo and antique tiles recall the material memory of Eastern architecture. The core artistic space echoes the “Round Heaven, Square Earth” philosophy. Taihu Lake stones and wood-veneer panels interplay to create a three-dimensional landscape painting, integrating the意境 (Yi Jing) of “learning from nature”.

Functional Zoning & Human-Centric Design
The space is scientifically zoned for all ages. The children’s area, inspired by ancient scroll color palettes, is divided into safe, age-specific zones with soft curves and parent-watching banquettes. A universal corridor connects various lifestyle scenes, while the wellness area extends greenery indoors for senior activities. A dedicated fitness zone balances functionality and comfort.

Outdoor Integration & Philosophy
Outdoor spaces seamlessly blend natural delight into daily life, serving as a vibrant field that soothes the mind and fosters community. More than visual style, the design transforms the Eastern “life philosophy” regarding space and nature into an experiential modern grammar, ultimately cultivating a “life field” that settles the mind and nurtures temperament.
