Conceived as a "European holiday within the comfort of home," this detached villa project transcends traditional residential boundaries by integrating high-end living functions with private clubhouse amenities. The architectural layout utilizes a dynamic split-level configuration to maximize spatial depth. The basement (B1) and ground floor are dedicated to shared recreational zones and parking, while the upper levels house private quarters, including children's rooms on the second floor and three ensuite bedrooms on the third. Prioritizing age-friendly living for the elderly, the residence features a pneumatic vacuum elevator for barrier-free vertical circulation and is equipped with a comprehensive hydronic floor heating system throughout.
The interior aesthetic interprets British and French Neo-Classical styles through a contemporary "Quiet Luxury" lens. Materials are strictly curated, combining natural African and Burmese Teak with marble, mother-of-pearl inlays, titanium-plated metal, and lustrous leather to convey artistic humanism. On the main floor, the foyer opens with intricate stone patterns and a focal vista cabinet. The living room is distinguished by a grand double-layered circular dome ceiling with gold-traced moldings. Structurally, the diagonal lines of the octagonal bay window are ingeniously adapted into a TV wall to expand the panoramic scale, while a classic fireplace anchors the seating area, orchestrating a visual rhythm of diffused light and sophisticated comfort.
In contrast to the bright upper levels, the basement creates a cinematic, immersive experience reminiscent of a classic British bistro, grounded by deep solid wood tones. The open-plan layout centers around a signature 180-degree rotating TV wall, a functional innovation that allows the space to fluidly transition between diverse modes—serving as a tea tasting area, a multimedia entertainment center, or a social gathering venue. This flexible design ensures that residents can fully engage in the opulent, leisurely lifestyle envisioned by the concept of "The Grand Tour."
